Once your order has been received, we aim to dispatch it within 2 working days. This excludes all public holidays and weekends. After your order has been placed, it will not be possible to change any of the details. However, if you need to amend your delivery address details please send an email to email@example.com or call us on 01785 847620 (Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm).
Upon your order being dispatched, you will receive an email confirming it has left our warehouse.
We use a variety of different delivery options, dependent on the items. All the delivery options below are subject to availability and do not include public holidays.
Our preferred method of shipment for most orders, is via Fedex. Using a reliable trusted carrier means they will endeavour to make delivery within two working days throughout the UK. Generally, purchases should take no longer than 5 working days to reach you, though please allow up to 10 working days for larger furniture.
To ship our larger items, we use a combination of specialist furniture carriers. Using these suppliers guarantees large and heavy items are dispatch quickly and with care. A comprehensive tracking service also allows House of Oscar to track the package from the moment it leaves our warehouse, until the time it is successfully delivered.
